Your terms and conditions did not change, so your minimum payment will remain the same with the Visa Legacy. The minimum payment for our two new card products will now be 2% of the total balance or $25.00.
All your points from your old card were transferred to your new Visa Legacy card. You will be able to see your point balance on CURewards.com after the first billing cycle on 4/21/22. Your rate did not change, you will keep the same rate that was attached to your old card
Our new online credit card site, DX Online, will be available by 4/15/22. You will click the DX Online link right from your FFCU online banking and enroll.
Yes, as these are two different products with two different PRINs, you would receive a new card with a new number.
Give the Card Department a call at 419-334-4434 and they will be able to tell you which new card matches up with which old card.
No, your rate will only change when Prime changes. This is unless you request a limit increase or apply for another card, in which case your credit would need to be pulled again.
No, receiving the Visa Legacy card will not affect your credit score. The open date will reflect the date the original line of credit was opened.
Your mobile app is outdated. Uninstall and reinstall the app and it should fix the issue.
This is most likely due to the fact that at one time an attempt to click the link and register was made but ended up closing out before completing the first-time registration.
Here are the steps they need to take to resolve this:
- In a web browser, verify that you are receiving a “server error” when clicking the Manage Card link.
- Clear the browser’s cache. Not sure how to do this, search the internet based on the browser they are using. For example search: “how to clear cache in Google Chrome”.
- Make sure the pop-up blocker is off. Not sure how to do this, search the internet based on the browser they are using. For example search: “how to clear cache in Firefox”.
- Close the browser. Don’t miss this step!!
- Reopen the browser and attempt to click the Manager Card link again.
- Once it opens proceed to complete the registration process.
- If using a mobile device you can now attempt the link from there as well.
If it still does not work… - Manually add the following site to the “allowed to send pop-ups list” for pop-ups - fremontfcu.com/main/cards. This is in the area mentioned in Step #3.

During our mass re-issue, you can receive either color card for your Visa Legacy. So, even though they are different colors, they are the same card product and should both say Visa Platinum Rewards at the bottom.
Yes, applying for either of the two new credit card products will affect your credit score as this is opening another line of credit and your Visa Legacy card will be closed.
