Yes. Your Mobile Banking username and Online Banking username are the same.
iOS and Android devices are able to use the Fremont Federal Credit Union mobile banking app. This includes, but is not limited to, iPhone, iPad, Android-enabled tablets, and Android-enabled smartphones.
Because our upgraded system is person-centric, not account-centric, the username and password you use to “log in” the first time to the new online or mobile banking will be the one that will permanently be kept. When you sign in, you will see all your accounts, and you no longer need to have multiple usernames and passwords for your multiple primary accounts.
No. Your password for Mobile Banking and Online Banking is the same but will need to be reset after the upgrade.
Once the upgrade has been completed, you will continue to access Mobile Banking using the Fremont Federal Credit Union App. Because this is a new version of Fremont Federal CU mobile banking, there is an update associated with this version. If you have automatic updates turned on, the app will automatically update; otherwise, you will need to update it manually. However, the design of the login screen offers a new look. When you first sign into the upgraded version of mobile banking, you will need to “Re-Authenticate” to access the new system. This means you will have to go through the security verification steps and re-enter your password.
