COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Member, 

We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).  The health, safety, and well-being of our employees, members, and communities is our top priority.

Your Fremont Federal Credit Union family is monitoring and following all guidance from the State of Ohio, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO), including taking the steps necessary to reduce the threat of COVID-19 exposure to employees and members, while still delivering the best member experience possible.

Our branches are scheduled to reopen on Monday, June 1, 2020. We have been, and will continue to, diligently follow all required safety guidelines and protocols, as directed by Governor DeWine and the Ohioans Protecting Ohioans Urgent Health Advisory Plan to include:  requiring employees to wear face coverings, conducting daily health assessments or self-evaluations of employees to determine if they should work, maintaining good hygiene at all times such as hand washing and social distancing, cleaning and sanitizing work areas and limiting capacity to meet social distancing guidelines. 

While we are doing our very best to limit the spread of COVID-19, we respectfully ask our members to also do their best to limit the spread as well. Please keep social distancing in mind when visiting our branches and respectfully adhere to the guidelines and floor markings in-place at each branch. We also strongly encourage but are not requiring per Governor DeWine, the use of facial coverings when entering a branch.  

Our commitment to exceptional, member service remains fundamental to our mission. We strongly encourage you to access your accounts online, or by using FFCU’s online or mobile banking at your convenience.  From there, you can manage your accounts digitally. We also understand that there may be instances where members and their families find themselves facing financial difficulties.  Fremont Federal Credit Union is here to help and we encourage members who may be impacted to reach out to discuss how we might be of assistance.

As always, the health, safety, and well-being of our members, employees, and our communities are of paramount concern and we will continue to monitor the situation and implement immediate changes to ensure a high level of safety.
