What is a Topping Out Ceremony?

A topping-out ceremony, also known as a beam-signing, is a long-standing construction tradition marking the placement of the final structural beam. It’s a time to celebrate progress, recognize teamwork, and thank everyone who made the project possible.

At FFCU, this milestone represents something even bigger — the strength of our community and the relationships that continue to build our future.

We’re bringing the celebration to our communities so everyone has a chance to participate. Stop by any participating branch during the scheduled times below to sign the beam and be part of this historic moment.

• Clyde: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• East Fremont: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

 Wednesday, February 18

• Main Branch (Old HQ – Downtown Fremont): 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• West Fremont: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Woodville: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
