FFCU General Merit Scholarship

Fremont Federal Credit Union offers the General Merit Scholarship to graduating high school seniors each year. Applicants, and/or parents/legal guardians must be a member of the Fremont Federal Credit Union, in good standing, since January 1 of the previous calendar year. Scholarships are available to students attending high schools in Sandusky, Ottawa, Seneca, Wood, Lucas, Hancock, or Fulton Counties.

Students are judged on the following:

Grade Point Average (2.50 GPA is the minimum standard)
School Involvement
Community Involvement
Completed Application Questions

Application requirements:

Applications must be typed.
Two letters of recommendation are required: one from school and one from an event/organization/employer (not school-related) that the student is involved in.
Attach your high school transcript.
An interview may be conducted with the Scholarship Committee.
Submit the completed application and all other required letters electronically below and/or by mail to the Scholarship Committee.
