The safety and well-being of Fremont Federal Credit Union members and employees have always been and will continue to be our top priority. We want you to know that we are available for you! To best protect the communities we serve from the quickly evolving COVID-19 pandemic, effective immediately, our branches are restricted to drive-thru and appointment-only service until further notice.
Branches with drive-thru service are available for cash and other financial transactions. Members requiring assistance with critical services can schedule an appointment at all branches by calling our 419-334-4434. We will continue to be available for all of your lending needs.
We are monitoring public announcements, and governmental recommendations regarding the pandemic and these resources will lead our decision of when to restore full service to our branches.
We encourage you to use remote channels including, Online & Mobile Banking, Online Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, and ATMs. Not only can these channels be used from the safety of your home or car, but they are significantly quicker. If you need assistance with any of these services, call our Member Service Department at 419-334-4434. Please know that we are here to help, but you may experience longer than usual hold times.
