COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Members,

On November 23rd, in response to the Governor’s order to move all regions into Tier 3 mitigations, FFCU lobbies closed to the public. On Monday, March 1st, 2021, all FFCU lobbies will re-open to members and the public for service once again with regular business hours. Each branch will continue to adhere to social distancing guidelines and recommendations set forth by the CDC, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Face coverings (masks) will be required of all Members and Staff while in facilities. (Members may be asked to briefly lower face coverings if a transaction requires a positive identification).
  • Limited capacity will be allowed in each branch lobby.
  • Temperatures and symptoms of staff will be monitored daily.
  • Branches will undergo cleaning and sanitization throughout each workday and at the end of each shift.

More vulnerable members and/or members who are ill, are encouraged to continue to utilize the drive-up, online, and telephone services, or call to make an appointment during a low-traffic time, to ensure your safety.

Please visit the FFCU  Covi9-19 Response Page (fremontfcu.com) for more information regarding guidelines and procedures for the re-open of our lobbies.

We will continue to monitor recommendations and updates issued by the CDC and Ohio Department of Health. Our goal remains to provide ongoing services to our members and keep our staff and members healthy. We thank you again for your loyalty and for being part of the Fremont Federal Credit Union family.

Please stay safe and healthy.
