Dear Members,

We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19). I want to let you know the health and well-being of our employees, members, and communities is our top priority.

Your Fremont Federal Credit Union family is monitoring and following all guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), including taking the steps necessary to reduce the threat of COVID-19 exposure to employees and members, while still delivering the best member experience possible.

Our branches are scheduled to reopen on Monday, March 1, 2021. We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and will conduct periodic cleaning as needed. Our team members are also being instructed to wash or sanitize their hands regularly.

We encourage you to use our remote channels including, Online & Mobile Banking, Online Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, and ATMs. Not only can these channels be used from the safety of your home or car, but they are also significantly quicker. If you need assistance with any of these services, call our Member Service Department at 419-334-4434. Please know that we are here to help, but you may experience longer than usual hold times.

We also understand that there may be instances where members and their families find themselves facing financial difficulties. Fremont Federal Credit Union is here to help, and we encourage members who may be impacted to reach out to discuss how we might be of assistance.

As always, the health, safety, and well-being of our members, our employees, and our communities are of paramount concern and we will continue to monitor the situation and implement immediate changes to ensure a high level of safety.

For daily developments and additional information about COVID-19, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at cdc.gov.

Rest assured, as a federally insured credit union, Fremont Federal Credit Union offers a safe place for you to keep your money, with deposits insured up to at least $250,000 per individual depositor by the NCUA.

Thank you for your understanding as we work together to keep our communities healthy. We will continue to keep you updated with information. Please visit http://www.fremontfcu.com/Covi9-19_Response_Page_219.html for additional updates.

Please stay safe and healthy,
