Since our inception in 1946, FFCU has grown alongside our valued members, and today, we are proud to announce a strategic charter expansion that will bring positive changes to our credit union and benefit our entire community.

Why the Change? As we continue to evolve and grow, our commitment to serving your financial needs remains our top priority. The decision to pursue a charter change was a strategic move to ensure the continued success of FFCU well into the future. This expansion allows us to offer our unique credit union services to a broader community, serving anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers, attends school in, has family in, or does business in Sandusky, Ottawa, Seneca, Wood, Hancock, Lucas, and Fulton Counties.

No Impact on Current Members We want to reassure you that this change will have no impact on the exceptional member experience you currently receive or the products and financial services we deliver. Once an FFCU member, always an FFCU member. Your friends, family, and co-workers will still be eligible to join, and now, it will be even easier for them to experience the FFCU difference.

What's Next? The expanded eligibility is effective immediately, and our commitment to growth and community service remains steadfast. We will be introducing ourselves to new communities, investing in digital banking channels, exploring increased physical access, and developing additional financial products and services to enhance your member experience.
