Wire Transfers are another service offered by Fremont Federal Credit Union to move money from one location to another.
In most situations, wire transfers can be sent out and received the same day as long as we receive your request before 2:00 p.m. EST. Wire transfers are somewhat of an old fashioned way to move money, and there are fees to do so, but it is a service we still offer.
Money Orders are sold at each location for a nominal fee of $2.00 per item (free to our Premier Club Checking members). Money Orders must be purchased with guaranteed funds.
An Official Check is a widely accepted replacement for cash.
Use our drive-up or walk-up vaults where you can place your deposits or payments and we'll post them to your account on the next business day. It is a safe way to make a deposit or loan payment during non-office hours. Just another option if you can't make it to FFCU during normal business hours.
Notary Service is another free member benefit. We have several notaries in each office that will be glad to administer this service of verifying signatures on legal documents when needed. We may ask for identification in some circumstances to ensure that we practice within the guidelines of Ohio Revised Code, Chapter 147 which governs notary authority.
