Fremont Federal Credit Union offers convenient and flexible checking accounts that are catered to your specific needs and are low or no cost to you!

All of our checking accounts have these standard features:

• Free unlimited use of Online Banking and Toni-The-Teller
• Free Online Bill Pay - no more stamps, no more checks to write, no more hassle
• Your very own Visa Check Card, which you can use in place of a check to make purchases anywhere Visa is accepted.  Plus, use this to withdraw from ATMs.
• Overdraft Privilege Pay - a discretionary service that FFCU may provide for non-sufficient funds occurrences.
• Rate discount of ¼% on direct consumer loans with auto-debit from checking
• Free notary service.
• Discounts on car and home owner's insurance.

We have three types of checking accounts to choose from:

E-Checking
Perfect for those who enjoy the convenience of direct deposit and electronic statements;

• Maintain $25 in your FFCU savings account and this checking is free!
• Requires direct deposit payroll and E-Statement.
• Unlimited check writing.
• Monthly service charge is $5 if your savings falls below $25.
  

Regular Interest Checking
Designed for our members who want to earn interest on their checking account funds;

• Maintain $250 in your FFCU savings account or $1,000 minimum in a Certificate of Deposit, Money Market Savings or IRA and this checking is free!
• Unlimited check writing.
• Interest paid on minimum daily balances of $1,000 or more.
• Monthly service charge is $5 if your savings falls below $250 or $1,000 in the other deposit accounts listed above.
  

Premier Checking
For our members age 50 or better looking for an interest earning checking account - and special banking discounts and benefits, this is the account for you!

• No minimum balance requirements.
• No monthly service charge.
• Unlimited check writing.
• Two free boxes of Premier Club checks per year.
• .10 basis point rate bonus on CDs - excluding promotional and Jumbo CDs.
• Free travelers checks (U.S. denomination).
• Free money orders and official checks.
• Group travel promotions.
• Medical CD:  terms from 12 to 60 months, one withdrawal per year without penalty with qualified medical receipts provided.
