iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch Mobile Banking Instructions

In order to enroll in Mobile Banking, you must be enrolled in Fremont Federal Credit Union Online Banking.

Downloading Application

To download the Fremont Federal Credit Union Mobile Banking application, search “Fremont Federal Credit Union”, or “Fremont" in the iTunes store or the App Store.

If you have any questions on how to download applications through iTunes or the App Store, please refer to www.apple.com for further instructions.

Registering Device

If you have upgraded to iOS5 follow the instructions below. If you are still on a previous version of iOS click here for instructions.

Due to changes in the new iOS5 security we will now generate your UDID from your device. When you update to the new realease you will notice that there is a button at the login screen that says "Get UDID".

1. Click on the "Get UDID" button at the login screen within the app. A screen will pop up displaying the app generated UDID. Make note of this UDID

The next step is for devices prior to iOS5 only.

1. Retrieve your UDID number by connecting your device to your computer and loading iTunes. You will find the UDID by selecting your device on the left menu. From there click on the serial number in the middle screen to reveal the identifier (UDID). To copy this number, go to Edit -> Copy.
2. Login to Online Banking.
3. Click on Mobile Banking at the top menu.
   
4. Select iPhone next to the device type. (You will also select this type for iPad and iPod Touch.)
5. Enter the UDID number into the Device ID box (If using version prior to iOS5 right click on the Device ID box and select Paste to paste in the UDID number that was copied in step 1, otherwise manual entry is required.)
6. Enter the Mobile Number of the device in the box (This step is optional).
7. Click Register.
8. You can now sign into Mobile Banking using your Fremont Federal Credit Union member number and Online Banking password.
