Fremont Federal Credit Union has always believed that online security is a top priority.  That's why on January 1, 2007, we will be upgrading your Online Banking Account Access with new security features to further protect you from identity theft.  This exciting new feature is a free and easy way to help prevent fraud.

It's simple to sign up, just set up your "challenge" question and follow the prompt for the extra security protection to the computer you use the most. The next time you log into our Online Banking using the computer you've registered, it's business as usual.  The rest of your Online Banking Account experience hasn't changed.  

Why is this necessary? 

This superior security technology protects your accounts from unauthorized access and identifies you as the true "owner" of your accounts by recognizing not only your password but your computer as well.  If you log in from a computer we don't recognize, as an additional line of defense to prevent unauthorized access, you will be prompted to answer your challenge question.  With our new security features, you will be protected from whatever computer you're using, whether you're at home or on the go.
