Nicholas Cray has been named FFCU's new President and Chief Executive Officer 

Fremont, OH (January 2021) — The Board of Directors of Fremont Federal Credit Union (FFCU) is pleased to announce Nicholas Cray has been named the new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2021. The announcement follows the retirement of long-time President and CEO Anthony Camilleri.

Cray has substantial leadership experience and a steadfast commitment to the credit union philosophy. Nick brings 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently at AmeriCU Credit Union, where he served as the Vice President, Member Relations and Marketing for 4 years. Before joining AmeriCU, he worked at One Main Financial and Citi for 11 years, where he held various marketing, operational, and project management roles.

Nick has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois in Springfield, Illinois, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Finance, and Philosophy from Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois.

Nick’s visionary and creative approach is a perfect match for the Fremont Federal Credit Union. Throughout the interview process, the Board of Directors was impressed with his veracity, focus on member and community financial wellness, and his genuine belief in the cooperative movement. His leadership philosophy is forward-thinking, and we are confident that Nick will propel the credit union to new heights while honoring its rich history.

Nick will relocate with his wife and two children from New York to Ohio. He plans to hit the ground running, making it his mission to provide world-class service to Fremont Federal members.
